My client are a growing, well-established air conditioning company specialising in commercial and residential installations, servicing, and maintenance. Dueatham of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on a range of air conditioning systems. This role is primarily service and maintenance focused, with occasional minor installation works.

• Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, multi‑split, VRV/VRF)
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
• Respond to reactive breakdown calls
• Complete job reports and service documentation accurately
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

• Proven experience as an air conditioning service arz maintenance engineer
• F‑Gas Category 1 qualification (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude
