Overview Were looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our Casualty Claims team in Chelmsford. In this role, youll manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service and outcomes.

Youll work in a supportive team environment where your contributions will make a real difference. How you'll make an impact Youll handle a variety of casualty claims, investigating and assessing their validity. Youll gather evidence, make decisions on liability and settlement amounts, and negotiate fair outcomes.

Your role will involve working closely with clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants, and their representatives. Youll also maintain accurate records and ensure claims are resolved efficiently. Every day, youll help people navigate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. About You Youre proactive, hard-working, and empathetic. Youre a great communicator who can explain complex information in simple terms, whether in writing or over the phone.
