Salary:29274 - 32000 per annum

Location:Chelmsford with travel required across Mid Essex

Hours:Full time 37 hours a week Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required including evenings and weekends.

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant youll be key in ensuring our customers who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism are supported into employment volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customers choice and their specific employment targets.

About You

To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Consultant you need:

• A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
• Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism into employment
• To be confident in networking; building and maintaining relationships and working in a team
• The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
• Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
• The ability to plan prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
• A proactive flexible and adaptable approach to work

Regular travel required to meet with customers and employers.
