Overview

Riverside Leisure Centre is Chelmsford City Council’s flagship leisure facility, offering a variety of sporting activities where there is something for everyone. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.

We are looking for enthusiastic qualified swimming instructors with excellent teaching skills and a passion for working with adults and children.

• Work alongside the existing team of swimming instructors to oversee the swimming lesson programme throughout the year.
• Ensure continuous learning, development and progression for all lesson participants.

Our lesson programme caters for parents and babies, toddlers, juniors and adults and runs at various times throughout the week.

Part‑time:
Sunday 7.30am – 9am.

Should sufficient applications be received prior to the closing date, we may close the role for applications early.
