We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver who is looking for long-term stability, development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely carry out daily warehouse operations in line with health and safety procedures
Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock accurately
Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and warehouse equipment safely
Complete pre-use equipment and vehicle safety checks
Process deliveries, returns, and dispatch documentation
Maintain accurate stock records and system updates
Assist with freight bookings and shipment preparation
Support stock counts and inventory activities
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with warehouse standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture

What We're Looking For

Essential

Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Good communication skills
Ability to carry out manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Flexible and proactive approach to work
