This is a hands‑on technical accounting role at a fast‑growing, PE‑backed company. You’ll own meaningful, judgment‑heavy accounting areas and gain exposure typically reserved for much later in a career (without Big 4 burnout.)

• Exposure to IPO readiness and public‑company accounting
• Ownership of non‑revenue technical areas (leases, goodwill, stock comp)
• A supportive leadership team that invests in development
• Strong pace and complexity – with better balance than public accounting
• A role built to grow as the company scales

• Own and maintain lease accounting
• Support goodwill, impairment, and long‑lived asset accounting
• Help bring stock‑based compensation accounting in‑house
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements
• Perform technical accounting research and documentation
• Support SOX 404 efforts and internal controls
• Contribute to special projects and future SEC reporting

• 3-5 years Big 4, large regional, or Transaction Services experience
• Strong technical accounting foundation
• Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA/Master’s a plus or in progress)
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Oracle/HFM/Smart View helpful
• Self‑starter who enjoys a fast‑moving, growth environment

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000–$120,000, which represents a good faith estimate based on current market data and the firm’s budgeted range for the role. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, education, and qualifications.
