Emanouil Brothers Inc., a leader in commercial landscape and site construction, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support our growth and client outreach efforts. This individual will work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to research new opportunities, coordinate proposal development, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Research potential clients, bids, and market trends
  • Participate in site visits, cold calls, and networking events
  • Maintain all leads and proposals in the Aspire CRM platform
  • Assist in preparing and submitting accurate and professional project proposals
  • Organize project data including photos, specifications, and pricing
  • Track proposal outcomes and maintain pipeline reports
  • Client Relations & Account Support
    • Help schedule meetings and follow up with clients
    • Support renewals and client engagement efforts
    • Identify upsell opportunities for enhancement, snow, or maintenance services
  • Marketing Coordination
    • Coordinate with external marketing vendors on lead generation efforts
    • Ensure that promotional materials and content are updated and aligned with company branding
    • Assist with events, trade shows, and digital campaign tracking
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and activity reports
  • Attend internal sales and estimating meetings
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (landscaping or construction preferred)
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication and time management
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Aspire, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Background in commercial landscaping or bid-based service industries
    • Understanding of estimating or proposal development
    • Experience with vendor/marketing agency collaboration
  • $85,000+ salary depending on experience

Schedule

Full‑Time — Monday to Friday, standard business hours
