Atlantic Restoration is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Supervisor to oversee a variety of high‑impact construction and restoration projects throughout the Boston area. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for a building envelope specialist who thrives in the field, knows how to direct crews, and takes pride in delivering top‑tier work. • Supervise the execution of construction and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Apply expertise in building envelope systems including waterproofing, air barriers, exterior insulation, and cladding.
• Coordinate jobsite setup and breakdown, including materials, equipment, and team assignments.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols with regular safety checks.
• Maintain detailed, real‑time project logs using tools such as Construction Online or Procore.
• Read and implement blueprints, scopes, and technical drawings accurately.
• Lead and support teams of masons, carpenters, waterproofers, and laborers.
• Train and mentor team members to elevate skill levels and maintain performance.
• Communicate directly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction, particularly with building envelope systems.
• Deep knowledge of membrane systems, cladding, sealants, and air/vapor barriers.
• Proven ability to read plans and interpret technical specs.
• Experience with digital construction management software (e.g., Procore, Construction Online).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Physically able to inspect jobsites, handle materials, and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Full‑Time | Minimum 8‑hour shifts

Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project needs

Based in Chelmsford, MA

Projects primarily located throughout the Boston metro area

Occasional travel to company warehouse or training sessions in Chelmsford
