Provide small group instruction to elementary students in reading. Consult with classroom teachers, reading specialist, and Title 1 Director.
Responsibilities- Deliver targeted reading instruction to small groups of elementary students.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, reading specialists, and Title 1 Director to plan and assess instruction.
- Use evidence‑based practices (e.g., F+P, Fundations, DIBELS) to assess student progress and adjust instruction.
- Maintain accurate instructional records and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. (Bachelor's degree preferred.)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant instructional experience with elementary students.
- Strong background in literacy/reading instruction and assessment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
