Center Elementary School - General Description:
Teach students in academic, social and emotional skills, working within assigned subject areas to provide optimum student services in accordance with the objectives established by the School Committee. Coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide additional specific services. Confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment. Assist and guide ancillary personnel. Attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed.
Perform other duties as directed or as responsibilities necessitate. - Position Type:

We have a talented, caring and dedicated teaching staff that is always working in the best interest of the students. Great support staff of instructional assistants, playground and lunch supervisors, cafeteria personnel, secretary, office clerks, nurse and custodians who give teachers and students support, while contributing to the smooth operation and cleanliness of our building.
And last but not least, the children who work so hard, are polite and courteous in the Center School tradition.

Job Requirements- Successful candidates will hold the appropriate degree and MA DESE Teaching License in the subject and grade level. Please bring official transcripts to the hiring supervisor if interviewed in the event that you are recommended for hire.
