The engineer will establish and improve processes for complex hybrid microelectronics and collaborate across engineering, operations, and quality teams.
Required are a BS/MS in a relevant field and 3+ years in electronics manufacturing (wire bonding, die attach, hermetic sealing, SMT). U.S. citizenship for clearance is required.
