Accountant to join their financial reporting team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong financial reporting experience and a background leveraging Yardi.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Complex financial reporting of residential properties
- Direct support to CFO and Director of Finance
- Assist with upcoming Yardi implementation
- Create reports for month and year end
Qualifications of the role:
- 3+ years accounting and/or finance experience
- Strong Yardi experience, preferably through an implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
