• Demonstrates strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone—to promote a positive brand image and support long‑term client loyalty.
• Provides clear guidance on bank policies and procedures while resolving routine client inquiries or concerns.
• Utilizes relationship‑management tools to ask thoughtful financial questions and better understand client goals.
• Supports client adoption of digital banking services through proficient knowledge and hands‑on assistance.
• Performs a wide range of client transactions accurately and efficiently while following established policies and operational guidelines.
• Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of bank products, services, and related regulatory requirements.
• Manages cash responsibly by handling high volumes with accuracy and adhering to balancing standards.
• Helps prevent fraud and security risks by following safety procedures and maintaining awareness of client activity.
• Assists with daily branch operations, including balancing tasks, workflow processing, and administrative support.
• Provides backup support to branch leadership and contributes actively to team meetings and branch initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies to minimize risk and uphold ethical banking standards.
