Collections Representative – Kelly

Chelmsford, MA

Salary / Pay Rate

$27-30 per hour

Typical Day
  • Actively collecting payments from customers with unpaid invoices while maintaining a high collection percentage.
  • Developing relationships with primary contacts at assigned accounts to facilitate timely payments.
  • Working internally to resolve issues contributing to delayed payments and communicating effectively with customers at all levels.
Job Fit
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in professional finance/account environment, with a proven track record in B2B collections.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; detail‑oriented and organized approach.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
