• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques to deliver innovative services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Mentor junior stylists or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices in hair care techniques.
• Promote salon products and services to clients, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively.
• Utilize salon software for appointment management, client tracking, and sales reporting.

• Proficient in cosmetology with a strong understanding of color theory and application techniques.
• Experience in nail care, makeup application, and hair extensions is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with salon software for efficient appointment scheduling and client management.
• Retail math skills for managing product sales and inventory levels.
• Excellent mentoring abilities to guide less experienced staff in developing their skills.
