- Serve as an expert behavioral health consultant in long-term care facilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions
- Conduct psychological assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adults and/or seniors
- Collaborate with facility staff and consult with interdisciplinary teams

- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited college/university - Active license to practice in State(s) where Medi Telecare operates
- Significant experience in treating adult and/or senior patient population, particularly with patients exhibiting severe persistent mental illness
- Strong communication skills and cultural humility
