Job SummaryBCBA will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs and supervise a small caseload. Responsibilities include reviewing data, interpreting results, modifying individualized treatment plans, supervising staff and families, and consulting with families regarding treatment concerns.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide supervision through observation, team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding any concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.
- Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations concerning behavior interventions.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs., and engage with children on the floor for extended periods.
- Salary Range 85k-95k
