• Serve as an internal expert for the assigned program, communicating expectations and optimizing processes
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance both transactional and strategic initiatives
• Lead cross‑functional program execution, collaborating to solicit feedback and develop consensus
• Understand payer needs to drive value for both the payer and the employer
• Educate internal partners on the evolution of payer practices for pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2‑4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong reimbursement operations background and fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills

• Proven track record of delivering results within a large organization through collaboration
• Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders
