Position: MFM Sonographer

We are seeking an experienced MFM sonographer for a Part-Time position with the following schedule:

Tuesdays: in Chelmsford, MA 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM3 Wednesdays a month: in Newburyport, MA 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Thursdays: in Chelmsford, MA 7:30 AM - 4:00 PMFridays: in Burlington, MA 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM Credentials:

RDMS in OB/GYN (Required)
RDMS in Abdominal (Preferred)3 years of experience post-RDMS (preferred)2 years of OB/GYN experience2 years minimum MFM experience

Fetal echo experience (preferred)
GE Voluson experience is a plus Experience working with Viewpoint reporting software is a plus

Education:

Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Program

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations according to ordering physician’s requisition

Collaborate with the physician and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings

Explain the procedures to patients in a friendly, comforting manner to ensure their understanding

Uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards

Continuing education to stay updated on advancements in sonography techniques

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and physicians

High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently
