Analog Devices Inc., Chelmsford Massachusetts facility is looking for Manufacturing Microwave & RF Test Technician to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems. Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics, and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Microwave & RF Test Technician supports manufacturing in the testing and troubleshooting of medium to highly complex microwave modules.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation.
- 3-5 years minimum experience working in the microwave electronics industry, an associate degree, or a Military background with 3+ years' training and electronics experience.
- High school diploma/GED required. A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.
2nd: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM EST
3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM EST
Specific Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with using Network and Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, RF Sources and other equipment used
- A strong ability to work with computer-controlled test systems as an individual contributor, as well as part of a team, to perform microwave electronics testing and troubleshoot complex microwave and millimeter-wave modules and subsystems.
- General knowledge of electronics construction
- A strong aptitude and interest in working with automated and manual test equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work with engineering, management and other technicians.
- Test station setup and calibration
- Maintenance of test data
- Assembly of breadboards, test fixtures and wiring harnesses.
- Simple hand soldering knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
