Position: Production Control Assistant with Security Clearance
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team on a weekend shift. In this critical role, you will be the engine that keeps our production line moving by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You will execute priorities set by leadership to manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) and directly support our production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Maintain on-time cycle counts, reconcile inventory, resolve deficits, perform mass dispositions for scrap, and assist with stock purges. Material Processing:
Process Work-in-Progress (WIP) to stock, verify materials, and process reworks using PCUT for Q-notes & VQDT. Logistics Coordination:
Execute material movements by ordering components, requesting manual demand, and processing material down counts. Quality & Compliance:
Review material shelf-life expiration dates and process items for proper disposal. Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols. Collaboration & Improvement:
Communicate issues effectively with cross-functional teams and proactively identify process improvement opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks. Basic

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
An active U.S. Secret-level security clearance is required to start in this position. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel. Up to 1 year of experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (training provided for candidates with aptitude). Desired Qualifications (Preferred): 1 year of experience performing cycle counting and inventory reconciliation. Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive handling procedures.
