Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. The client is seeking "clearable" resources and you will be given Clearance once hired. If you have a keen eye for detail and an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands‑on role.

In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting‑edge products and systems in production.

    Chelmsford, MA
  • Shift: Day Shift, Full‑Time (Fri‑Sun) 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Starting Salary: $26.00 - $28.00/hour
  • Hours:

    5:00 AM - 5:30 PM Friday through Sunday, with possibility for overtime
Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub‑assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.
  • Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.
  • Document accurate data records and results, enter data into test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.
  • Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience with electrical and/or micro‑electronics preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
  • Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in the role.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
