Responsibilities- Automated and manual wedge and ball bonding (F&K, Hesse, manual bonders)
- Bond pull/shear testing and rework (Dage testers)
- Die shear/stud pull testing
- Plasma and solvent cleaning technologies
- Work 8 hours under a microscope using miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
- In‑process and self‑inspection
- Retrieve drawings and work instructions using good computer skills
- Read and follow detailed process sheets, prints and drawings
- Follow both written and verbal instructions
- Hand assembly using various tools or equipment according to specifications/process
- Handle ESD‑sensitive material and equipment
- Be willing to cross‑train and perform related duties as required
- Demonstrate keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards
- U.S. citizenship and willing to obtain a government security clearance
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational or technical diploma a plus
- 2–3 years of RF/DC gold wire and ribbon bonding experience (manual, semi‑manual, semi‑automatic & automatic equipment) and familiarity with microelectronics assembly processes
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $24 to $30. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus based on personal and company factors. It includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other benefits.
