• Automated and manual wedge and ball bonding (F&K, Hesse, manual bonders)
• Bond pull/shear testing and rework (Dage testers)
• Die shear/stud pull testing
• Plasma and solvent cleaning technologies
• Work 8 hours under a microscope using miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers
• In‑process and self‑inspection
• Retrieve drawings and work instructions using good computer skills
• Read and follow detailed process sheets, prints and drawings
• Follow both written and verbal instructions
• Hand assembly using various tools or equipment according to specifications/process
• Handle ESD‑sensitive material and equipment
• Be willing to cross‑train and perform related duties as required
• Demonstrate keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards

• U.S. citizenship and willing to obtain a government security clearance
• High school diploma/GED required; vocational or technical diploma a plus
• 2–3 years of RF/DC gold wire and ribbon bonding experience (manual, semi‑manual, semi‑automatic & automatic equipment) and familiarity with microelectronics assembly processes
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions/documentation

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $24 to $30. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus based on personal and company factors. It includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other benefits.
