We are looking for a registered nurse to join our team at Palm Springs Post Acute
. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available. The position is based at our 119‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility in Palm Springs.

• Same‑Day Pay, 11 PM‑7 AM shifts
• PIB: $5
• Shift Differential: up to $3/hour
• Sign‑on Bonus: $6,000 for PT, $12,000 for FT
• Hourly: $40‑$49

• Provide resident care according to nursing standards and the written plan of care and physicians’ treatment plan.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Document accurately in accordance with orders.

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
