Part‑Time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (OBOT) – Chelmsford, MA

Schedule: Monday 8 am to 1 pm / Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm / Wed 9 am to 4:30 pm

Providing high quality, patient‑centered treatment for addiction to prescription medications and other opioids remains the focus of our clinics. • Documents patient progress/regress according to established policies and procedures during appointments or upon notification of change in status from clinical coordinator or treatment center director.
• Supervising and instructing patients in oral medication self‑administration and health education as needed.
• Knowledge of program policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of various substances of abuse, the disease of addiction and signs and symptoms of detoxification.
• Collects and records data such as complete HPI and Assessment and Plan for each patient in a comprehensive, accurate and systematized manner.
• Counsels patients and helps them understand their limitations and abilities.

• Must be licensed in the state of MA.
• Minimum of 1‑year of experience in MAT/Addiction Medicine required.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Salary ranges from $58.00 to $64.31 an hour.

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
