Emanouil Brothers Inc. is seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated Landscape & Snow Laborer to join our growing team in Chelmsford, MA. This is a hands‑on role in commercial landscape construction and property maintenance, with year‑round work opportunities including snow and ice management during the winter months. • Assist with commercial landscape installation, grading, planting, hardscaping, and construction tasks
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean‑ups
• Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers to meet daily goals
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial mowers safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support pruning, plant care, and mulch applications
• Report landscape or safety issues to the Crew Leader or Project Manager

• Perform snow removal duties, including plowing, shoveling, and ice management
• Operate snow removal equipment such as plow trucks and salt spreaders (when qualified)
• Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends based on weather conditions

• 1–3 years of experience in landscaping or construction (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and small tools (preferred)
• Pruning and bark blower experience (a plus)

Full‑time:
Monday–Friday (hours vary by season). Winter:
