Join Our Team as a Client Care Specialist!

At Countryside Veterinary Hospital, we believe that every great client experience starts with a friendly face (and voice!). We’re a well-established, multi-doctor, full-service practice with a supportive team, excellent leadership, and a fun, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a hardworking, friendly, proactive team player to join us as a Client Care Specialist.

What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital—greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments with accuracy and care
• Process payments and handle client transactions smoothly
• Keep our reception area inviting, organized, and presentable

What We’re Looking For

• A people-person with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy environment
• Strong computer and phone skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous veterinary or medical office experience is a plus
