Quality Inspector Sr. (2nd shift - Chelmsford, MA

Description

You will be the Quality Inspector Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Quality Assurance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring every electromechanical component meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

• Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products using low/high‑power microscopes, test equipment, and hand‑held inspection tools.
• Verify conformance to work instructions, industry standards, and engineering drawings.
• Enter inspection results accurately into QMS and MRP systems.
• Partner with engineering to report, detail, and resolve non‑conformances.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the quality‑assurance process.

Shift: Second shift (4:00pm-2:30am)

• Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain at least an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Clearance Level: Secret

Annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $37,400 - $65,895. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

Annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $43,000 - $71,645. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
