This role is a learning position, with path toward promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey – online, via Customer Care, or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
• Use digital tools to demonstrate how coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood and how plans support unlimited, connected lifestyles
• Complete in-store training on experiences, skills, processes, systems, and resources
• Build relationships with employees across channels to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify and hand off small business leads
• Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to the company’s success
• Be willing to have a good time while delivering first-class customer experience

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred
• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills and build meaningful customer connections
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
• Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals
• Be at least 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation;
  Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
