Mill Town is seeking a skilled Sewer Sales professional to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in northeast Massachusetts.

• Drive revenue growth and increase profits.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and match them with appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate, close deals, and maintain key client relationships.
• Create accurate and detailed sales proposals for smooth installations.
• Provide comprehensive product and pricing details to customers.
• Promote Mill Town Plumbing & Heating to generate referrals.
• Participate actively in training sessions.
• Understand the market area and customer needs thoroughly.
• Contribute to setting and achieving sales goals.
• Be available for weekend work as required.

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and sales applications.
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑through skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skilled in presentations and public speaking.
• Familiarity with local codes and product lines.
• Outgoing and thrives in fast‑paced, goal‑driven environments.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and positive.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay:
Commission (Salary range: $60,000 – $200,000 per year)
