Atlantic Restoration is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to support our growing restoration and construction projects across the Boston/Cambridge area. This role involves precision metalwork — including the fabrication and installation of engineered flashing systems — as part of our masonry and waterproofing scopes. Ideal candidates will be experienced in sheet metal techniques, familiar with commercial construction practices, and able to work independently while supporting broader project teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and install sheet metal flashing systems per engineered specifications and project requirements.
Measure, cut, bend, and solder metals including aluminum, copper, and stainless steel to precise design standards.
Submit detailed hand‑drawn designs to the Project Manager for use in creating formal shop drawings.
Order, track, and inventory materials for active and upcoming projects.
Coordinate flashing work with overall project timelines and trades.
Follow safety protocols and work efficiently in active construction zones.
Support field teams on restoration and waterproofing scopes as needed.
Qualifications3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation (commercial construction preferred).
- Familiarity with the following industry standards and resources:
- NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual
- Revere Copper – Copper & Common Sense
- ASTM B32 – Solder Metal Specification
- ASTM B209 – Aluminum Sheet Specification
- SMACNA Architectural Sheet Metal Manual
Ability to produce clean, accurate hand drawings of metalwork details.
Proficient in soldering and working with flashing systems.
Must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Hourly pay range of $40.00–$50.00, depending on experience.

ScheduleFull‑Time

Occasional Saturday work based on project demands
