We're seeking HVAC Service Technicians to provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. Your daily routine includes diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Complete all general HVAC service calls.
- Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
- Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
- Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried.
- Organized with good follow‑through.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Integrity and a knack for building strong customer connections.
- Reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments.
- Customer service skills.
- Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products.
- Clean driving record.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Salary: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
