We’re looking for an excellent Master Plumber to join our team in Chelmsford, MA
. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with field experience, great communication skills, and an awesome team player!

• $40 to $50/hr. (Depending on skills and experience)

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes
• Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Must have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy dealing with people
• Explain to the client the services you are providing and show customers that Village Home Services provides superior service and value
• Must be willing to be a part of commission based sales in addition to hourly pay, and on call emergency rotations

• You are a licensed Master Plumber in the state of MA
• 1+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Experience in running residential service calls
• Customer-focused with very good communication skills
• You have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
