The opportunityEco Save Home Solutions is hiring a Massachusetts journeyman electrician for solar installation work based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Put your electrical experience to work installing, connecting, testing, and troubleshooting solar electrical equipment with our installation team.
What you’ll do- Read project plans, wiring diagrams, and equipment instructions.
- Install conduit, conductors, disconnects, inverters, and related electrical equipment.
- Complete and check electrical connections, grounding, bonding, and labeling within your licensed scope.
- Help test and commission systems, diagnose installation issues, and document completed work.
- Coordinate with the installation crew and communicate site conditions, material needs, and outstanding items.
- Follow safe electrical work practices and respect customer homes and property.
- A current Massachusetts journeyman electrician license is required.
- Relevant electrical installation and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to interpret plans and wiring diagrams and use electrical test equipment safely.
- Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and accurate work documentation.
- Solar PV installation, inverter commissioning, or solar troubleshooting experience is preferred.
