Position: Security and Risk Prevention Agent Role
Join Nordik Spa Village as a Security and Risk Prevention Agent. In this vital role, you'll patrol, report incidents, and respond to emergencies while ensuring guest safety.

As a key member of the security team, you will be guided by the Manager of Security and Risk Prevention. Your responsibilities encompass maintaining a secure environment, responding to crises, and enhancing the guest experience through effective communication and presence.

Your role is crucial in protecting the interests of Nordik Spa Village.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all property areas, including lodges

• Draft and maintain incident reports

• Engage with guests to enhance their experience

• Identify and mitigate safety risks

• Respond to emergencies and manage disturbances

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred

• Valid security guard license and first aid certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good physical health for long hours outside

• Security or hospitality experience preferred
