- Computer‑literate with proficiency in clinical documentation

- Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state occupational therapist license where applicable
Provide occupational therapy services and related activities, ensuring high‑quality patient care, thorough documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Optimize patient functionality through direct therapy and oversight
- Consult and supervise COTAs and rehab technicians
- Directly supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs during group and individual treatment sessions, fostering efficient use of resources and skill development
- Build and maintain a strong occupational therapy program
- Enhance clinical, professional, and management skills through continuing education and interaction with managers and peers
- Maintain a valid state license and stay current on occupational therapy practice laws and billing guidelines
- Ensure infection control and facility safety compliance
- Communicate effectively in English—reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
