** Respiratory Therapist | Leonard Florence Center for Living**$42.00 – $46.00/hour, based on experience

Full-Time | 36hrs/week | 7:00AM – 7:00PM

** Delivering Solutions that Matter:
*** Provide prescribed respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, therapeutic and medicinal gases, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory care services.
* Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal respiratory health and quality of life.
* Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes and adverse reactions to nursing staff and physicians.
* Review physician orders, administer prescribed respiratory therapies, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Inspect, test, and maintain respiratory equipment to ensure safe, effective operation and compliance with facility policies.
** Qualifications for Success:
*** Current, valid Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license.
* Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
* Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
* Maintains required educational competencies in compliance with state and federal regulations.
