Located conveniently with a bus stop right in front, we provide care to a tight-knit community of residents who appreciate camaraderie and high-quality care. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $60/hr.

• Unlike hospital settings, our nursing home provides a more relaxed atmosphere with lower patient loads
• Easily accessible, with a bus stop right outside

• Deliver exceptional, culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse resident population
• Monitor and evaluate residents’ health status, adjusting treatment regimens in collaboration with doctors
• Partner with physical/occupational therapists, hospice care, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Offer mentorship, instruction, and leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff, fostering a learning environment
• Investigate and resolve resident and staff concerns, ensuring a positive care environment

• A genuine interest in supporting residents
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred
• RN license in Massachusetts
• Ability to communicate clearly and constructively with both staff and residents
