• Lowstaff-to-patient ratios, never exceeding 1-to-7

• Hourlypay up to $25 based on shift
• Dementia training is provided

• Observe and monitor patients' conditions, recording vital signs (temperature,blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, walking)
• Support nurses/physicians in patient care and equipment operation
• Maintain infection control policies

• Active
  
  CNA certification in Massachusetts
• Atleast 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting
