Breakfast Manager

Overview

Opening/Breakfast Manager for a McDonald’s franchise, responsible for setting up the restaurant, leading the crew, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and profitability.

• Set the pace and tone for the day, ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, prepped, and ready for guests at 6 am.
• Run the shift, providing leadership to crew and other managers to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Plan and set up the restaurant for the day, monitor performance, and ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Complete delegated tasks, meet targets, and help the restaurant reach its goals.

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment (required).
• Positive team player with flexible availability and a passion for fast‑paced food service.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Ability to manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew, quality production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.

Starting at $17-$19 an hour for experienced breakfast managers.
