You will be an ambassador of the Burlington brand on the front lines, greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to work in departments including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
