Position: Experienced Warehouse Employee
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate:
Hourly - $18.75 to $21.75 based on shift and experience
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Warehouse Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will help ensure that daily warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other materials safely.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when authorized.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow established procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to meet daily goals.
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to [insert weight] pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material-handling procedures.
- Forklift certification or experience preferred, if applicable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
