Accounts Payable Clerk

Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation, based in Cheltenham, in their search for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. This will be joining my clients small finance team, supporting the day-to-day accounting operations.
Day to Day

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and process electronic payments and cheque runs
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

• 6 months+ proven experience in an accounts payable or finance-related role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
