Trainee Accountant - ACA & ACA​/CTA

Joining Bishop Fleming as an apprenticeship trainee offers a range of enriching opportunities:

• Level 7 Accountancy / Taxation Professional Apprenticeship with tailored training and development.
• Partnership with ICAEW providing support and guidance.
• ACA or ACA/CTA qualification as part of the programme, a globally recognised credential.
• Hands‑on experience in Audit, Accounting or Tax teams from day one.
• Work with a diverse client base across multiple industries.

You may choose one of two streams:

• Audit department – gain hands‑on client experience from day one.
• Launchpad Scheme – rotations through Accountancy, Audit and Tax teams before settling in a department.

As experience grows, responsibilities and level of ownership increase.

• 3 A Levels (or equivalent) with minimum grades of CCC/96 UCAS points.
• 9 GCSEs 9-4 (A*-C) with at least Grade 4 (C) in Maths and English.
