You will play an important part in developing junior members of the team, contributing to the strategic direction of the audit department, and supporting the partners with business development activity.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion Review audit files and ensure technical accuracy and compliance Mentor and develop junior audit staff within the team Support partners with client relationship management and business development Contribute to the strategic development of the audit department Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified with significant audit experience Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting Proven experience managing and developing a team Excellent communication and client relationship skills
