Accounting Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking practice where you'll work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing accounting, advisory and audit support.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of their accounting, compliance and business advisory requirements.
• Review accounts, financial statements and ensure reporting is completed accurately and in line with relevant regulations.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to day-to-day queries and building strong, long-term relationships.
• Provide audit support where required.
• Support and contribute to a range of advisory projects, including business restructures, mergers, acquisitions, valuations and succession planning.
• Play an active role within the management team, contributing to operational improvements, strategic initiatives and departmental objectives.

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Accounts prep or review experience
• Experience working in a UK practice for 4+ years
• Team and peer leadership skills, including the ability to appraise, motivate and develop staff
