30 Accountancy Practice who are looking to strengthen their Rural Business Client Accounts team and recruit a Qualified ACA or Qualified ACCA Accounts Senior / Assistant Manager for their growing offices near Cheltenham. Working within the farming, agriculture & rural estates team, it is a client-focused accountancy and advisory role reporting to one of the Accounting Managers. Key duties include:

• Delivering expert accountancy and tax guidance to farmers, landowners and related agri-businesses across the UK.
• Managing your own client portfolio which may include agricultural enterprises, rural estates and landowners, food production and agribusinesses, farming and equestrian businesses.
• Overseeing the preparation, completion and analysis of annual accounts and business tax computations.
• Providing advice on annual remuneration planning and profit forecasts for various businesses.
• Advising clients within the farming sector on capital taxes and review of VAT returns.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value, both in respect of tax planning and broader commercial objectives.
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
