- Lead audit delivery for a portfolio of clients with turnover ranging from £1m to £100m, ensuring consistently high standards of quality and service
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships, acting as the go-to adviser on technical, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Take full ownership of service delivery across the portfolio, including remuneration planning and corporate group structure considerations
- Guide and support clients through significant corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising processes
- Play an active role in business development, both through nurturing existing client relationships and pursuing new audit and non-audit opportunities
- ACA, CA, or ACCA qualified
- Solid and current technical knowledge across UK GAAP, IFRS, ISAs, and Companies Act legislation
- Confidence in business development and a demonstrable track record of managing and growing client relationships
- A proactive, self-sufficient working style, with the ability to take ownership and make sound decisions independently
- Experience managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors
- Exposure to corporate finance or transactional advisory work within a practice setting
