What You ll Be Doing:

• Managing complex diaries and scheduling across multiple stakeholders

• Coordinating national travel arrangements

• Implementing and maintaining strong systems and processes

• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

• Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior leadership

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a busy, fast-paced environment

• Previous PA experience is essential
