Overview
Have you always wanted to get into Project based work? Are you a 'swan' who can be calm and collected above water whilst there's frantic work going on underneath? Interested in tech and all things cyber security? If so, you could well be the Project Coordinator we are looking for.
Following company growth and an internal promotion, a client of ours based in Central Cheltenham is looking for a Project Coordinator. They're a cyber security and technology company with a vibrant team who maintain a fun and social working environment, whilst delivering excellent tech solutions. This is a very fast paced environment with lots of projects on the go at one time, with some turning around as quickly as 7 days!
There is certainly lots of variety and you won't have the chance to get bored!
With offices based in central Cheltenham they are an easy commute and they are offering working hours of Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch. There is an on-site café if you prefer that to using the kitchen and the role comes with a host of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a Christmas shut down, pension scheme and healthy training budgets.

- Assist with project delivery in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently, some with short timelines (as quick as 7 days).
- Support the timely delivery of work within the team, and manage your own workload effectively.
- Lead when required and contribute to a full project journey from start to finish.
- An interest to work within the information security field and a keen desire to get involved in project management work.
- Time-management skills, both managing your own workload and supporting the timely delivery of work within the rest of your team.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentational.
- Strong computer literacy, with experience of using CRM systems.
- Initiative and self-motivation with the ability to lead when required.
- Accuracy in your work and impeccable attention to detail.
- The ability to undergo SC clearance alongside basic DBS vetting.
- While a Project Management qualification such as PRINCE II is not essential, the aspiration to work towards this qualification would be beneficial.
How to Apply
- Salary in the region of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
- Working hours:
